Shipping and Handling

We usually ship out your packages within 2 business days after receiving the cleared payments. Most of the time, we ship out your packages same day or next business day. We process EXPRESS and Expedited shipping orders with higher priority. We ship your packages from our warehouse in Phoenix Arizona using UPS or USPS services.

For the packages less than 3 lbs, it takes about 2-5 business days to deliver within US after shipment;
For the packages more than 3 lbs, it takes about 2-10 business days to deliver within US after shipment;
For international shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks to deliver after shipment;
For expedited shipping, it takes about 2-4 business days to deliver within US after shipment;
For expedited international shipping, it takes about 2 weeks to deliver after shipment;
For EXPRESS shipping, it takes 1-2 business days (HI, AK may take 2-3 business days) to deliver within US after shipment;
For EXPRESS international shipping, it takes a week to deliver after shipment;
For local pickup (Phoenix, AZ), we will email you pickup time and address when your orders are ready.

Return Policy

. Merchandise must be unused and returned within 30 days.
. The customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping cost is not refundable.
. For exchange, the customers are responsible for re-shipping fee.
. Returned items must be sent to the Return Address on the receipt. Do not send the merchandise to the "Contact Us" PO Box address.
. Please mail your packages with tracking services.
