Shipping and Handling
Just Artifacts currently ships to the United States, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and Canada. We usually ship out your packages within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Most of the time, we ship out your packages same day or next business day. We process expedited packages with higher priority including 1-Day Shipping, 1-2 Day ExpUS, 2-Day Shipping, 3-Day Shipping, Free Premier 2-4 Days, 3-7 Day ExpCanada, Expedited Canada, and Expedited 2-4 Days US orders. All expedited/premier packages will be shipped same business day when placed before 2 PM Arizona time, and are guaranteed by end of day (11:59 PM) of the specified delivery date. Regardless of the Just Artifacts delivery guarantee, carrier routes and delivery times may change depending on the season. We ship your packages from our warehouse in Phoenix Arizona using FedEx, and USPS services.
. All listed shipping times are only applicable to business days (which excludes weekends and major holidays).
. Order processing ends every day at 2:00PM Arizona time. All orders placed after that time will not be processed until the next business day (this includes same-day shipping and premier free shipping).
. 1-2 day ExpUS shipping may take an extra business day to deliver to HI, AK, or other US territories.
. Saturday Delivery is not applicable for Saturdays that fall on major holidays.
. If your shipping address is undeliverable by any of these carriers USPS, Fedex, or UPS, please add a note in the Comments section when you checkout. Just Artifacts will not be liable for products that are unable to be shipped due to issues with third party carriers.
. For local pickup (Phoenix, AZ), we will email you pickup time and address when your orders are ready.
. All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Due to weather conditions, some packages may be delayed, if your package is delayed due to "adverse weather conditions" Just Artifacts will not be held liable for the shipping charges. We are not able to control the Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall weather conditions so please be aware of adverse conditions.
All International purchases may result in additional import duties, taxes, and charges. Just Artifacts is not responsible for any additional charges that may result from the international customs office or any third party broker. It is highly recommended that all international customers check with their country's custom office prior to purchase.
While we try our very best to provide quality product that you will love, we understand there are circumstances in which you may wish to return an item. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service department at 866-620-8328 to obtain a return authorization form.
- We gladly accept unused and unopened merchandise to be returned within 30 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs are not refundable.
- You may exchange your items but please be aware that customers are responsible for all re-shipping fees. Premier items are NOT eligible for exchange but can be returned.
- Returned items must be sent to the address provided on the return authorization form.
- If you purchased your items with a coupon, free shipping discount, Premier Free Shipping, or any other limited-time offer, we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the returned items total.
- We strongly suggest mailing your return with tracking services. Just Artifacts is not responsible for lost packages in transit to be returned.
- All sales are final for clearance products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items. Please be aware that all clearance items are sold as is, and some items may have flaws, variations, or slight defects. All items listed in clearance will be discontinued; therefore no exchanges will be permitted.
- Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the items back at Just Artifacts Warehouse facility.
- Once a return has been processed and approved, the customer will receive their credit back to the original form of payment within 48 business hours.
- Prior to your sky lantern purchase, Just Artifacts advises you to check with your local Fire Marshall to ensure sky lanterns are not prohibited in your area. Just Artifacts is not responsible and will not refund shipping upon the condition that the product is prohibited within the area the items are being used or delivered.
Wholesale Return Policy
We gladly accept unused and unopened wholesale merchandise to be returned within 30 days. All returned or exchanged wholesale purchases are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We offer deeply discounted rates of our website listing prices.
Prior to your sky lantern wholesale purchase, Just Artifacts advises you check with your local Fire Marshall to ensure sky lanterns are not prohibited in your area. Just Artifacts will not accept sky lantern wholesale returns upon the condition that the product is prohibited within the area the items are being used or delivered.
If you receive any defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
